About the event

Humans are divided into nine physiques, one is peaceful, and eight are biased. The formation of a physique is affected by congenital heredity, acquired habits, living environment and other factors. Humans of different physiques are suitable for different diets, exercises, and so on to achieve good health. Therefore, you must first understand your own physique and then choose the right way for health preservation rather than follow the trend.

If you always have some burning questions regarding this topic, feel free to raise your questions. You will be surprised at how many others may have the same questions too. Raelle will certainly attempt to answer all your questions. If you have a long list of questions, do drop us an email at before the talk. That will allow us to prepare in advance and facilitate a smoother session.

Also, get to know the various services and products offered by YJF Healthcare Pte Ltd at the end of the session.

This event is kindly sponsored by YJF Healthcare and will be moderated by Converge Spot.
